We're hiring experienced RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Englewood, Colorado — earn up to ($1930 - $2032 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
Participate in professional development and training programs.
Support a culture of accountability and results-driven performance.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Educate patients and families on care procedures.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Evaluate and implement best practices in patient care.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.
Experience / Qualifications
Valid RN license in Colorado with ICU experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care in ICU settings.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams.
Experience in administering medications and treatments accurately.
Eagerness to learn and improve in a results-driven environment.
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training.
Ability to maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols.
Experience in evaluating patient outcomes and implementing best practices.
Ability to engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
