As a Security Officer – Manufacturing Site Patrol – Part Time in Walworth, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more.

Job Schedule:

Tue 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM; Wed 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM; Sat 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM

What You’ll Do

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises to help deter unauthorized entry.

Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and/or contractors with access procedures in accordance with site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the food and beverage environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and surrounding perimeter to observe for unusual activity and help deter security-related issues.

Document and report any suspicious activity, security-related incidents, or policy violations to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and client contacts as required.

Support emergency response activities as directed, including following evacuation or lockdown procedures specific to the food and beverage industry.

Maintain a visible presence at access points to help deter security-related risks and promote adherence to site rules and regulations.

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements

Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or applicable license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
