Are you a Property Manager with a Background in Affordable Housing? Are you looking for an established Non-profit organization to support?
THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a leading Minnesota Non-profit to assist with hiring Property Managers to support new supportive housing locations in the inner Twin Cities. This role will be responsible for overseeing units within a specific Twin Cities suburb or neighborhood. This includes Marketing/Leasing, Compliance Activities, Budget Management, Property Condition Inspections, and Operations Support. Responsibilities
Marketing/Leasing for assigned properties Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs and funding requirements Manage budgets and financial records for assigned properties Conduct property condition inspections and coordinate maintenance Provide operations support to property teams and residents Qualifications
1+ year of Property Management experience in an affordable housing setting Prior experience with Yardi is a plus High school diploma or GED required Working knowledge of low-income housing funding processes, including subsidy programs Current Driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years) Strong communication skills and the ability to work with underserved community populations Job Details
Direct hire – Full Benefits Package Offered (Health, Vision, Dental, 403(B) Matching Plan, Generous PTO, and more) Pay: $27-$29/hour Full-time; Monday – Friday, 8:00 or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Openings for properties in Minneapolis, S.
