Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on cardiac care advancements.
Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the lab.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during procedures.
Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback and metrics.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient information and procedures accurately in medical records.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Maintain and operate cardiac catheterization equipment effectively.
Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license and certification in Cardiac Care.
Strong commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab procedures and patient care.
Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures.
Ability to monitor and respond to patient vitals effectively.
Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to evaluate personal performance and adapt based on feedback.
Experience in operating cardiac catheterization equipment.
Willingness to assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.
