Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide 24/7 operational leadership and oversight for designated clinical unit(s). Ensure high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practices. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and collaboration among caregivers. Promote a healing and supportive environment that reflects organizational values for both patients and staff. Lead caregiver performance through coaching, mentorship, and resource stewardship. Build, develop, and sustain effective multidisciplinary teams. Establish and maintain inter-professional relationships to support strategic healthcare goals. Adapt and lead effectively in a complex and continuously evolving clinical environment. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon (or ability to obtain). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with demonstrated progression in leadership roles. Desired Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare/administrative field. Formal training or coursework in management, finance, or healthcare administration. National certification in a relevant area of clinical expertise. Prior experience in a management or leadership capacity within a healthcare setting. Location & Work Type
