Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA) – Clinical & Site Leadership Role Summary We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Physician Assistant to provide advanced mental health care while supporting site operations and staff leadership. This role includes hands‑on patient care, oversight of clinical processes, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality and innovative psychiatric treatments. The ideal PA is committed to patient-centered care, team development, and driving clinical excellence.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing patient assessments for advanced treatments, including Spravato therapy, on‑site and via telehealth.

Administer treatments, provide medication management, and adjust care plans as needed.

Oversee daily clinical operations and workflows to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency.

Mentor and support other clinical staff, fostering professional development and a collaborative environment.

Collaborate closely with the medical and clinical directors to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

Contribute to site strategy, quality improvement initiatives, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

Valid and current NY state license as a Physician Assistant with specialization in mental health care.

Experience in psychiatric assessments and treatment in mental health or related clinical settings.

Knowledge of innovative mental health therapies, including psychedelic‑assisted treatments.

Leadership experience, including supervising staff and supporting site operations.
