The

Area Sales Manager

is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share for the Division’s products across Morocco. This role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring full customer satisfaction. The position also includes overseeing tenders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely payment collection while providing market intelligence to management for strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the division’s sales and marketing strategy to align with market trends and company goals.

Plan, organize, and execute all sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client visits, and presentations.

Maintain and update client databases to ensure accuracy and effective follow-up.

Present product features, warranties, and after‑sales services to clients.

Review and manage tender documents, quotations, and contracts in coordination with relevant departments.

Ensure accurate invoicing, timely payment collection, and compliance with company financial procedures.

Prepare weekly reports and assist in the annual sales planning process.

Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager, Sales Coordinators, and Financial Controller for operational efficiency.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (Arabic is a plus).

Skilled at building and maintaining long‑term client partnerships.

Sales Expertise:

Proven track record in B2B or industrial sales, preferably in building materials or construction sectors.

Time Management:

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
