Lincoln of Ramsey is looking to hire a full-time
Automotive Sales Consultant
at our dealership in Ramsey, NJ. As part of a family owned and operated luxury auto dealer in business since 1962, we are committed to providing an unmatched automotive buying and servicing experience and are proud to be a top volume dealership in the state!

Starting at $70,000
Job Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for clients to communicate with about the dealership, available vehicles and other services offered
Ask probing questions and determine customer needs in order to match their expectations and identify up‑sell opportunities
Educate clients on various makes and models in‑house, including direct comparisons and up‑selling opportunities
Accurately discuss pricing for purchasing or leasing new vehicles, add‑ons, maintenance scheduling, and more
Stay up to date on vehicle inventory
Work with management to establish sales goals and measurables for performance related compensation
Attend staff meetings, training and keep up with product knowledge on a monthly basis
Be enthusiastic about our dealership and help drive sales through quality interactions
Job Qualifications
1+ years of automotive sales experience is a plus but not necessary
Lincoln / Ford‑specific experience or knowledge is a huge plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and able to stay knowledgeable about a variety of vehicles
Professional demeanor and appearance
Driven to close the sale
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record with reliable transportation (required)
Schedule Monday - Saturday with one day off during the week and one early evening
