This role supports the mission to Share Christ – Love People by providing operational product support by working internally to help representatives and systems operate in excellence, ensuring consistency in testing, training, support and documentation. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily workload and workflow of team members Ensure that performance thresholds are consistently met and operational efficiency is maintained Address and resolve personnel-related issues, providing constructive feedback on employee check-ins Collaborate in the development of measurable goals aligned with organizational objectives Ensure alignment with ministry priorities and operational efficiency by providing strategic recommendations for optimizing business goals and processes to management Provide clear communications regarding Sprint and Feature details to the Operations Management Team Product Owner responsibilities with EagleFang and Salesforce Teams Ensure proactive issue management and resolution, with timely communication to Joyce Meyer Ministries Business Team to maintain operational continuity Participate in and lead the development of the product roadmap through the portfolio process Demonstrate an understand the portfolio and how products interact with and influence the solutions being developed Ensure that all relevant documentation for Business Operations is consistently updated, maintaining accuracy and compliance with organizational standards Qualifications: 3+ years of work-related experience Knowledge of the business integrations with Salesforce, NICE cxOne & Aperta, Intelemedia preferred Knowledge of Visio preferred Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle Ability to think critically and rationalize logically through business issues Ability to correlate the business problem to the technical solution Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Ability to multi-task and prioritize work Ability to learn quickly and adjust to process and software changes Ability to maintain an eye for detail even in high pressure situations Excellent organizational and active listening skills Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience We’ve got you covered
