As a Senior Ecommerce Product Manager for Shopping & Content, you’ll shape how millions of customers explore, discover, and fall in love with their next project on flooranddecor.Defining and evolving the roadmap for our shopping and content experiences, from discovery to personalization. Translating data, VOC signals, and market research into product moves that lift conversion and customer satisfaction. Partnering with UX, Marketing, Merchandising, and Customer Care to create intuitive, inspiring shopping journeys. Leading Agile rituals—backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization—with clarity and purpose. Owning personalization experiments (A/B testing, tagging, taxonomy) that ensure the right content reaches the right customer. Troubleshooting content or platform issues, ensuring smooth operations across a high-traffic site. You’ll work in a quiet to moderate office environment that supports focus, collaboration, and cross-functional connection. You should be comfortable with light physical activity (lifting or moving up to 20 pounds on occasion), but the role is not physically demanding day-to-day.
