You'll be matched with the team that best fits your interests and strengths during the interview process. Founded in 2004, Phaidon has grown from a London-based startup into the 4th largest direct hire recruitment firm in the U.S. We train our consultants to become experts in niche markets, giving them the tools to succeed in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
