The campus is comprised of a 240-bed nursing and rehabilitation care center, a 296-bed not-for-profit community hospital, and a 60,000 square foot medical office building. The hours we need coverage for are 7AM-3PM, 3PM-8PM! You must also have weekend/holiday availability. RECEPTIONIST RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs a variety of clerical functions which include, but are not limited to, filing, typing, answering telephones, taking messages and forwarding to appropriate employee. QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or GED equivalency. Previous office experience. Computer data entry. Good phone skills. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a high-volume department.
