Job Details Title: Information Technology Support Analyst-Hardware Location: Midtown Manhattan - 10038 Job Type: Long-term Contract Pay Range: $23.00 - $23.50 per hour Schedule 8-hour day shift Monday to Friday Responsibilities Support and maintain computer systems and peripherals by installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users, providing support and guidance. Assess, maintain, repair, upgrade, and install computer hardware. Assist in software upgrades and enhancements. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (REQUIRED). Must have a valid COVID vaccination card (hospital requirement). Proficiency in MS Windows, MAC OS, and Linux operating systems. Experience as a Hardware Technical Analyst or similar role. Good understanding of computer equipment including laptops, servers, printers, and routers. Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
