AllSTEM Connections is hiring: Project Management Coordinator in Indianapolis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related, scientific, or engineering field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Highly preferred: Prior experience using Smartsheet
• Preferred: Familiarity with PM tools such as MS Project
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain accurate and organized project documentation

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Smartsheet SMEs to understand project objectives and expectations
• Receive training and support as needed to align with current processes
• Review existing CMC data sources and formats, focusing on:
• Project schedules
• Risks/decisions
• Supply chain data
• Develop a strategy to migrate data into the current CMC Pilot Smartsheet structure
• Network with key CMC PMs to confirm data accuracy and determine necessary level of detail
• Refine and build data/information structures as needed
• Enhance the CMC Pilot Smartsheet’s supply chain node by reviewing and integrating current data structures used by BRD and SMDD supply chain teams
