Overview We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated leader to join our production team in a fast-paced, refrigerated food manufacturing environment. If you have experience in food safety, team supervision, and production operations, we want to hear from you! Base pay range $30.00/hr - $38.00/hr Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production operations and coordinate with QA, Sanitation, Receiving, and Shipping teams. Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SQF, and food safety standards. Train and lead production staff in safety, sanitation, and operational procedures. Oversee equipment setup, pre-op inspections, and product changeovers. Monitor and maintain production performance and minimize downtime. Conduct safety meetings and enforce PPE and safety protocols. Collaborate with maintenance and scheduling teams to ensure smooth operations.
