Production Manager – Accessories & Cosmetics Location: Manhattan, NY Travel: 4 times per year to China We are seeking a seasoned, highly organized Production Manager with experience in cosmetics, handbags, scarves, gloves, hats , or related fashion accessories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing overseas production, vendor relations, and cost negotiations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee full production cycle for multiple product categories Source and communicate with factories (primarily in China) Travel to China 4 times a year to manage production timelines, quality control, and vendor relationships Obtain competitive pricing and quotes to present to buyers Negotiate costs, timelines, and product details with vendors Work closely with design, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and product excellence Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in production management in cosmetics or accessories (handbags, scarves, gloves, hats, etc.) Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong negotiation and communication abilities Experience working with overseas factories, particularly in China Ability to travel internationally #J-18808-Ljbffr
