We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support clinical manufacturing operations at a cGMP facility focused on plasmids, viral vectors, and autologous cell therapies. This position plays a key role in supporting facility start-up, technology transfer, and day-to-day GMP manufacturing activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Process Sciences, Vector Sciences, and MSAT. Responsibilities Support facility qualification and start-up activities in partnership with technical and quality teams Execute clinical manufacturing processes in a cGMP environment, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency Assist in the development and implementation of GMP procedures for manufacturing operations Perform equipment maintenance, cleaning, calibration, and maintain production areas to GMP standards Complete and review GMP documentation accurately and on time Participate in technology transfer and continuous improvement projects Maintain training compliance and support implementation of new technologies and systems Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field 0–2 years of experience in a GMP biopharmaceutical environment (cell therapy, viral vector, mammalian or microbial systems preferred) Familiarity with GMP regulations, quality systems (e.g., Deviations, CAPAs, Change Management), and manufacturing procedures Experience with cell therapy, mammalian cell culture, or microbial fermentation Understanding of equipment troubleshooting, risk identification, and root cause analysis Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Meet Life Sciences by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
