*Description*
Analyze business requests to be solved with automated systems. Formulate and design automated systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements and are within stated sizing estimates. Configure system settings and options; plan and execute business design, assist in integration and acceptance testing, where necessary; and create specifications for system to meet business requirements. Include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
Skills:
Experienced in Scrum/Agile SDLC; working with scrum masters and product managers to achieve overall sprint management
Comfortable working with JIRA/Atlassian products and comfortable using Slack
Proactively identifing and remove roadblocks
Facilitating work with downstream technical
stakeholders User Acceptance Testing Working seamlessly across Product Management, UX, and various stakeholders to drive actionable requirements Key Skill Requirements Agile/Scrum Experience - Strong foundational experience in agile environments. Integration & API Knowledge - Ability to troubleshoot and work effectively with integrations (critical from team perspective). Payment/Point-of-Sale (POS) - Familiarity with payment processing or POS environments (hardware + software). Candidates with both hardware and software experience are prioritized. Performance Metrics (KPI/SLA) Evaluated per project Focus on: Quality of requirements Customer satisfaction Number of reworked tickets Bugs/defects *Skills* Business analysis, Requirements gathering, Sql, Scrum, Agile, UAT, Requirement refinement 3-5 years of experience Product managers that support the Genuis restaurant POS system New features and functionality that integrate into digital menu boards and be compliant Look into confluence and review past documentation and schedule calls as needed to get additional info Work with cross functional teams Will verify requirements and be a part of UAT against requirements Work streams: launching a third party delivery system, launching a new version of a wireless handset, lots of different workstreams related to updating POS/customer experience/etc. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
