Global Head of GCP Cloud
who will specialize in Google Cloud, bringing deep expertise and a passion for driving cloud adoption and innovation. This role will be pivotal in shaping our cloud strategy, leading our cloud practice, and delivering cutting-edge cloud solutions to our clients.
The Opportunity
Develop and execute the Google Cloud strategy aligned with the company’s overall vision and goals.
Lead and mentor a team of cloud professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Identify and prioritize cloud opportunities that drive business value for clients.
Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored Google Cloud solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on Google Cloud technologies and trends.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop proposals, presentations, and other materials to support business development efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
Stay abreast of the latest Google Cloud technologies, trends, and best practices.
Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, such as white papers, articles, and webinars.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums.
You Will Need
At least 8 years of experience in cloud solutions, with at least 3 years specializing in Google Cloud. Proven track record of successfully delivering cloud projects and solutions in a client-facing environment.
Deep understanding of Google Cloud technologies, including [specific technologies relevant to the platform]. Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Role Location Remote
Compensation Range $240,000 to $330,000
Benefits Full-time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave per year (pro-rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Eligible for the Company’s 401(k) with employer matching. Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents. Company-paid basic life insurance, accidental death and disability coverage, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Optional voluntary short-term disability, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
