Our in-house production and full back-end support let sales focus on outreach, relationships, and results. About the Role
Own new-business development. You’ll prospect targeted verticals, run discovery, present branded merchandise solutions, and build a book of business with strong ops and marketing support behind you.
Ideal for candidates with experience in branded apparel, promotional products, print, or similar
who love opening doors. What You’ll Do
Run a daily outbound cadence across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events Lead discovery and propose merch programs aligned to brand, budget, and timelines Prepare quotes/proposals and coordinate clean handoffs to production and logistics Launch/support simple online stores or program initiatives when needed Maintain pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot; hit weekly/monthly activity goals Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, lists, and case studies; attend select events What We’re Looking For
2–7 years of B2B sales;
industry experience (promo/apparel/print) strongly preferred Proven prospecting and closing; organized, pipeline-driven, service-first communicator Comfortable with CRM (HubSpot a plus) and basic merch/decoration timelines Local to Mahwah and on-site daily with flexibility Why Join Promofect
