In this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50--999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. Spend most of your time in the field selling; document and manage multiple sales cycles, sticking with the process through implementation until your new business is up and running on the solutions you sell. Collaborate with leaders to pursue advancement and receive continual sales training. Grow our business while growing yours by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals. Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts and serving as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador. Qualifications
Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory. Positive self-starter with the ability to cold call, manage time effectively, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone. Confidently fearless, embracing opportunities and challenging the status quo. Entrepreneurial spirit, resourceful, thrives under pressure, and bounces back quickly. Trusted advisor with strong relationship-building and integrity. A college degree is not required; if no degree, acceptable experience includes two+ years of quota-carrying, outside B2B sales and three+ years in HCM/technology/software sales; military experience is a plus. Preferred: ability to build a network and use social media for sales. Benefits
