We’re seeking a visionary Global Head of Marketing to lead the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for the GRE brand. This is a high‑impact leadership role that blends strategic thinking, digital innovation, and global collaboration to drive brand preference, revenue growth, and mission impact.

As AVP, you’ll sit on the GRE leadership team and partner with cross‑functional leaders in Communications, Customer Insights, Product Innovation, Sales, Finance, and regional P&L owners to shape the future of GRE’s global presence.

What you'll Lead :

Global Marketing Strategy : Own and execute a comprehensive marketing agenda across B2C and B2B segments, including brand, product, pricing, packaging, and lifecycle marketing.

Integrated Campaigns : Drive performance across digital channels—search, email, social, content, events, PR, and partnerships.

Customer‑Centric Innovation : Use insights and analytics to identify target audiences, analyze trends, and develop data‑driven strategies that resonate globally.

Marketing Automation & MarTech : Lead digital transformation efforts to enhance lead generation, conversion, and retention.

Performance Optimization : Establish KPIs, monitor campaign effectiveness, and iterate to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.

Team Leadership : Build and mentor a high‑performing team across integrated marketing, events, and creative strategy.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Align marketing efforts with business objectives across functions and geographies.

Brand Stewardship : Define and amplify GRE’s unique value proposition in alignment with ETS’s mission and values.
