We’re looking for a
data-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist
to help strengthen our online visibility and digital performance. This role is ideal for someone who loves analytics, optimization, and using data to guide marketing strategy. You’ll manage SEO initiatives, oversee analytics setup and reporting, and work hands‑on in Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns to help us reach a highly technical B2B audience. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
SEO strategies
to increase organic traffic and search visibility. Conduct
keyword research , on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits. Set up and monitor
Google Analytics (GA4)
and
Google Tag Manager
to track KPIs and conversions. Manage
Google Ads
and
LinkedIn campaigns , including budget allocation and performance reporting. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that improve ROI. Collaborate with leadership to align marketing metrics with company goals. Maintain and update website content in alignment with SEO and brand standards. Support occasional trade show marketing efforts through digital channels. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Communications, or Data Analytics , or equivalent experience. 2+ years of hands‑on experience in
SEO ,
digital marketing , and
analytics tools . Proficiency with
Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager , and
SEO platforms
(e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz). Strong understanding of
B2B digital strategy
and keyword targeting. Experience with
marketing automation or CRM systems
(HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) a plus. Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate data into clear recommendations. Why Join Us
