Intuit is embarking on a transformative journey to significantly accelerate its growth by establishing a new Mid-Market Group. This newly formed group aims to capitalize on the $185B global Total Addressable Market, with mid-market opportunities representing roughly half. The team will focus on delivering impactful experiences that support larger, more complex businesses. You will serve as an exceptionally driven and detail-oriented Events Manager, Mid-Market, responsible for end-to-end execution and management of mid-market event programs. This role supports Intuit Enterprise Suite, Money Services, and Workforce Services to deliver meaningful outcomes for mid-market customers. This is a high-impact, national role operating within Intuit's marketing ecosystem, translating mid-market event strategies into flawlessly executed brand experiences. You will collaborate with Intuit’s Creative Studio team to ensure cohesive brand presence across mid-market initiatives. You will also work with multiple internal teams to drive operational aspects of the event presence to maximize impact. Responsibilities
Program strategy and execution: manage end-to-end execution of specific mid-market events and programs throughout the calendar year, ensuring strategic alignment and excellent experiences for customers. Cross-Channel Strategy and Orchestration: provide strategic oversight and act as a central connector for mid-market events, including webinars, customer councils, Accountant-focused events, Sales Field Events, Industry Trade Shows, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) events, Partner-led Trade events, Education events, and major company events like Intuit Connect. Outcome-Driven Planning: define clear event goals, KPIs, and success metrics (including MQLs, pipeline, revenue attribution, attendance, NPS/satisfaction, and brand perception) to demonstrate business outcomes and customer value. Audience and Content Strategy: craft customer-centric content programming tailored to mid-market audiences and their pain points. Nurture and Optimization: design and optimize post-event nurture campaigns to maximize lead conversion and customer engagement. Budget and Vendor Management: manage event budgets and oversee vendor selection for cost-effectiveness and high-quality experiences. Bold Experimentation: promote a culture of experimentation with new formats, technologies, and approaches to improve event effectiveness. Cross-functional Collaboration: collaborate with GTM Mid-Market Team, Mid-Market Sales Team, Product Management, Analytics, Demand Generation, Creative, Sales Enablement, Event Strategy, and Event Production teams to ensure a unified, audience-first approach. Qualifications
8-10 years of progressive experience in events marketing, with focus on B2B mid-market audiences. Proven track record of developing and executing event strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes, including lead generation and revenue attribution, in new or evolving business segments. Ability to drive results in a complex, cross-functional environment as a collaborative partner focused on customer success. Strong analytical skills and experience with event performance tracking and data-driven operational improvements. Experience with a wide range of event types, including webinars, virtual summits, in-person conferences, field events, trade shows, and ABM events. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and articulate operational details. A collaborative mindset that fosters partnerships and collective success to better serve customers. Understanding of the mid-market landscape and the needs of businesses with $2.5M - $10M+ revenue. Familiarity with key marketing and event technology platforms for marketing automation and event management. Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with performance-based rewards.
