Overview Food Service Director role at

Cura Hospitality , onsite in Wisconsin. Full-Time position in a healthcare setting. Join our team to lead the food service department and ensure patients and clients never miss a meal.

What you’ll be doing

Managing all functions of the food service department and its resources.

Lead a team of associates, including hiring and training new employees.

Ensure staff meet culinary, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.

Budget for the department, including directly purchasing ingredients and meeting targets and forecasts.

Collaborate with the district manager or other departments on technical and administrative aspects of dining service.

Address customer service needs.

What we’re looking for Must-haves:

At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations.

Previous experience with industrial cooking.

Excellent communication skills with hourly staff and company executives.

Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer service and satisfaction.

Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications.

ServSafe and/or HACCP certification

CDM certification or currently enrolled in program

Compensation Starting at $75,000 depending upon experience
