We are currently looking for a
part-time Investor Reporting Analyst II
to join our team. Fay Servicing provides servicing solutions for residential and business purpose loans. We focus on treating customers as people, not loan numbers.
Responsibilities
Manage complex investor reporting tasks and agency relationships with
Fannie Mae ,
Freddie Mac , and
Ginnie Mae , as well as complex securities transactions.
Prepare and issue daily and monthly reports; process transfer of loans between clients or agencies.
Review and resolve monthly custodial account reconciliations; conduct in-depth analysis of servicing transactional data to ensure compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines.
Serve as a subject matter expert in investor reporting, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency, while driving process improvements and addressing escalated issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED) required
5+ years\' experience in Investor Reporting or Investor Accounting with knowledge of agency reporting requirements and complex securities
Prior experience in the mortgage servicing industry, including servicing processing rules and guidelines
Ability to analyze and respond to complex transactional data and reconciliations
Direct experience or familiarity with a test of expected cash custodial reconciliation preferred
Proficiency in servicing platforms (e.g., Black Knight MSP and LoanSphere) and billing/remittance systems
Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making abilities with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage shifting priorities; client-focused with execution and results orientation
Flexible and able to learn quickly; collaborative with the ability to guide working groups
Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $50.00 per hour
