The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Your main responsibilities
Assisting the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and maximizing profitability through the effective management of store team and implementation of company programs, policies and procedures. Acting as a positive role model to all store employees, representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values. Continuously improving and developing management skills by taking ownership of responsibilities (customer service, merchandising, operations) as assigned by the Store Manager; managing the team and performing Store Manager responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence. Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the day-to-day management of salespersons and key functional areas. Performing omni-channel services and initiatives. Who you are
