$99,400.00/yr - $149,100.00/yr Responsibilities

Maintains a good working relationship between fleet services and end users and managers, offering exceptional customer service Consults with users on selection and dispatch of rental equipment and models appropriate to the work methods required; coordinates rental equipment logistics, reporting, and invoicing; addresses damages and repair charges; coordinates generator services and compliance requirements for generator and rental equipment spend; monitors Tier1 safety supplier requirements Ensures compliance with existing work standards, regulatory and safety requirements for support of associates, customers, vendors, and suppliers Directs repairs and maintenance for fleet Telematics and electronic compliance systems for all vehicles and equipment in the fleet Coordinates and directs the compliance and implementation of all fleet management activities and programs Supports the effective training and development of fleet personnel and ensures access to required data, systems, and tools Identifies problems, develops improvements, creates and maintains quality standards Interacts with business unit leads and customers on fleet vehicle related issues or concerns; administers PowerAutomate push reports to fleet users with time based and event based triggers Periodically support the SCE IMT Structure and TSD Rentals 24x7 Duty line Supports fleet compliance requirements and reporting; coordinates remarketing activities for assets annually and oversees the remarketing process and fleet auctioneering company; maintains all fleet sale records and long term record storage / destruction schedules A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity. Minimum Qualifications

Five or more years of experience with fleet management operations and responsibilities Posses a valid Class C Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications

B.S Degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or Engineering. Experience with SAP and Ariba Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel performing functions such as VLOOKUP’s and filtering/sorting Experience with utility or construction work truck fleet and asset classes (Digger Derricks, Bucket Trucks, Cranes, Cable Pullers, etc.) Experience in fleet budgeting and preparation. Experience making in-depth fleet asset management models to drive effective management recommendations. Experience with creating purchase orders and invoicing for fleet vehicles Supplier contract management experience Additional Information

This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs. Position will require up to 50% traveling and being out in the field throughout the SCE service territory. Relocation does not apply to this position. This position has an option for a 9/80 Alternate Work Schedule or 40hrs/5 days a week. This position has been identified as a NERC/CIP impacted position - Prior to being hired, the successful candidate must pass a Personnel Risk Assessment (PRA) or Background Investigation. Once hired, the candidate must complete specified training prior to gaining un-escorted access to assigned work location and performing necessary job duties.
