Looking for a Client partner for a Fortune 100 Pharma Major based out of Dallas, who can own and grow the account. The ideal person will have relationships and connects within the account and should have been in a similar role earlier. Responsibilities
Driving overall growth in this account (farming for growth through transformational engagements) and have P&L ownership. Should have large service delivery experience, should be familiar with the onsite-offshore delivery model Should have experience in CXO interactions and relationship building Should have exposure to GenAI and Agentic AI strategies Should be able to scale this relationship from a strategic lens rather than a tactical one - hence big picture understanding of the LSHC industry, trends is going to be important Individual portfolio CPs (about 5-6 people) will report into this role - ability to lead a team of CPs is going to be important as well People management and coaching This role reports into the Business Unit Head (ISU Head) Qualifications
Certifications in Cloud technology, Data & Analytics, Agile Scrum would be preferred for this role Seniority level
