Entrepreneurial Agent Recruiter at AAA-The Auto Club Group AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. This opportunity focuses on building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. You’ll sell property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products to a well-defined and loyal client base. Products include: AAA Membership. You’ll offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. AAA Membership provides access to roadside assistance and savings across dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events, and auto care. You’ll also sell Property and Casualty insurance and Life Insurance products through AAA Life Insurance Company. You’ll access brokered products from multiple carriers to meet various client needs (availability varies by state). At a glance: strong earning potential with a 100% incentive-based compensation structure, including competitive new-business and renewal commissions, bonus programs, and marketing resources to support growth. Launch bonuses, marketing reimbursements, and strong onboarding support are provided. The EA model is designed to guide candidates from onboarding through launch and ongoing development, with a focus on compliance with AAA protocols and standards. The program includes a mix of in-person and virtual training, covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems. Resources are available to help recruit licensed staff, manage finances, develop business plans, and connect with a network of experienced EAs and other experts. We focus on helping your agency grow in a sustainable and profitable way year over year, while delivering excellent service to AAA members. Responsibilities

Own and grow a multi-line insurance agency serving AAA members and prospects. Sell property and casualty lines (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Commercial Lines) and life insurance (Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, Annuities). Leverage AAA membership programs and resources to deliver member value and retention. Collaborate with AAA to ensure compliance with established protocols and standards. Utilize provided lead programs and marketing resources to grow the business. Manage operations, financials, and staffing as the agency scales. Qualifications

Self-motivated, results-driven businessperson with experience in related fields or industries. Capital availability to establish and grow a multi-line agency (as needed per AAA guidelines). Ability to sell to a well-defined and loyal client base and to build long-term relationships. Willingness to participate in both in-person and virtual training and onboarding programs.
