With sites across North America and Europe, they support clients across the pharmaceutical lifecycle — from development through scale-up and commercial manufacturing. Position Summary This is a senior-level leadership role overseeing technical support for both clinical and commercial manufacturing. You’ll manage a team of scientists and engineers responsible for process development, tech transfer, validation, and ongoing process improvements. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and serve as SME across client projects Drive tech transfer, scale-up, and process optimization activities Lead process validation strategies and execution Oversee deviations, CAPAs, and change control investigations Ensure GMP and EHS compliance Support regulatory and client audits Mentor and develop a high-performing technical team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (MS/PhD preferred) 10+ years in GMP manufacturing or CDMO setting 5+ years in technical leadership roles Experience with tech transfer, process validation, and regulatory compliance Strong communication and organizational skills
