What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive the growth of Oracle Fusion (HCM and ERP) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions within the Public Sector practice
Collaborate with internal teams to draft growth plans and convert RFX opportunities into wins
Maintain strong client and partner relationships while proactively following up on deals and actions
Travel as needed to meet with clients and partners across the US and Canada
Manage pipelines and coordinate with delivery/practice teams to ensure successful project execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 11 years of relevant experience in a similar role
6 to 8 years of experience responding to ERP RFXs, preferably with Oracle products in the public sector
Proven track record of converting RFX opportunities to wins
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion (HCM, ERP) and OCI offerings
US citizenship required due to public sector client requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the public sector and relevant Oracle ERP certifications
A Master's degree or equivalent advanced education
