Infosys is seeking an AWS Databricks Lead Consultant with experience in a Big Data ecosystem. The position will primarily interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation and Design. You will play a key role in creating high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code for a module, lead validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Interface with key stakeholders across the project lifecycle. Contribute to requirements elicitation, design, and high-level design artifacts. Deliver high-quality code for assigned modules and lead validation across testing types. Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Collaborate within a learning culture that emphasizes teamwork, excellence, and diversity. Required Qualifications
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Houston, TX or willing to relocate. Travel within the US may be required. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education. Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship. Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology. Data Analysis Proficiency: Skilled in analyzing data using SQL and Python; able to assess communication needs and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices for project management. ETL Process Management: Expertise in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources. Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with Hadoop and Spark for processing large datasets. Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in Auto/Aero domains. At least 2 years of experience with Databricks. Cloud Services Knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for scalable data storage and processing. Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and feedback. Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes to align projects with organizational goals. Travel and Work Environment
