Outside Sales professional

who lives and breathes the entertainment world, someone who can blend technical know-how with showbiz charisma to connect clients with the tools that make magic happen. Your Role in the Spotlight As our

Outside Sales Representative , you’ll be the face of our brand in the field—building relationships with production companies, integrators, consultants, and venue owners. You’ll turn creative visions into actionable solutions, helping clients realize stunning theatrical and architectural experiences powered by our systems and expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in entertainment lighting, rigging, and AV sectors

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and contractors

Understand technical needs and craft tailored system proposals and quotations

Collaborate with engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth project handoff

Attend trade shows, demos, and industry events to represent our brand and products

Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies to keep clients inspired and informed

Proven sales experience in entertainment, integration, or technical industries

Familiarity with lighting control systems, rigging structures, or AV technology

Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

A consultative mindset—listens first and sells by solving problems

Self-motivated and organized, comfortable managing your own territory and schedule

What You Bring to the Gig

3+ years of outside sales experience in the live entertainment or systems integration field

A genuine passion for technology, design, and the art of experience

Ability to travel regularly to meet clients, visit job sites, and attend key events

A collaborative spirit that thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment

Existing relationships within entertainment design, production, or integration networks

Experience with CRM tools and structured sales pipelines

Technical background or prior hands-on experience with lighting or AV systems
