The Corporate Accounting Manager will oversee the Company’s corporate accounting and FP&A functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, robust budgeting and forecasting, and adherence to U.S. GAAP. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, process improvement, and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly and quarterly corporate financial statements and management reports. Lead the annual GAAP audit process, including preparation of supporting schedules and coordination with external auditors. Prepare and analyze departmental and business line financial statements and reports; identify trends and provide insights to management. Manage day-to-day corporate accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Develop and maintain the annual corporate budget and forecasts; perform budget-to-actual and variance analyses. Support cash management processes through short-term forecasting and monitoring of cash activity. Lead and implement process improvement initiatives, including accounting system enhancements and internal control improvements. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal control requirements. Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a strong undergraduate program; CPA preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or corporate accounting management. Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards. Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and financial reporting systems preferred. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail. Effective communicator with the ability to synthesize and present financial information clearly. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with integrity and professionalism.
