Job Description DPR Construction is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to serve as the lead Data Analyst working with cross-functional teams in the Get Work Integrated Workgroup to build relationships, identify pain points, create and drive data strategy, and deliver actionable insights. The Get Work Integrated Workgroup includes leaders from Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Content Operations, Brand & Design, and Internal and External Communications. This lead role is part of the Data Analytics team and will ensure DPR moves toward data-driven decisions based on insights from integrated business processes, systems, and analytics. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Strategic Partnerships with business stakeholders and understand their people, processes, tools, and goals. Drive strategic conversations with stakeholders to understand and document pain points and business requirements, define key insights and metrics, and develop appropriate BI datasets and analytics. Create, maintain, and execute on a data analytics roadmap for stakeholder groups aligned with goals and objectives. Collaborate with the Integrated Workgroup and functional teams to align Data Analytics efforts with business goals. Identify opportunities for business and technical optimization and work with stakeholders for implementation. Translate business problems into technical requirements and communicate technical solutions in business terms. Visualization / Storytelling / Data Modeling

Advance data analytics capabilities by ensuring data is accessible, aligning with business requirements, and developing new reporting and insights to improve processes and inform strategic discussions. Create complex data models in visualization tools and perform necessary transformations. Query Data Warehouse using SQL; clean data as required. Identify potential new datasets and integrations for the Data Warehouse. Work with Technical Data Analysts to build requirements for views in data modeling tools (dbt) and the data warehouse (Snowflake). Create and maintain dashboards and apps; perform ad-hoc analyses as required. Identify root causes of data integrity issues and complete impact analyses on reports when source systems change. Identify, quantify, and communicate impacts to stakeholders and customers; follow and enhance data security and governance guidelines. Collaboration / Training / SME

Identify opportunities for data collaboration and integration across disciplines. Coordinate alignment across other Technology and Innovation groups where applicable. Identify opportunities for AI/ML/Data Science efforts and collaborate on project delivery. Train end-users on how to use and interpret information/insights from dashboards and reports. Improve data literacy throughout DPR. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Get Work business regarding data availability, quality, processes, and technology for all Get Work functions. Maintain understanding of the data pipeline architecture and articulate its benefits/limitations for end users. Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field, plus five (5) years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree plus seven (7) years of experience. Construction experience and industry knowledge strongly preferred; experience in Construction Sales, Business Development, and Marketing preferred. Experience with CRM tools; data visualization/BI tools (Power BI) and data modeling knowledge required; SQL scripting required; API experience (REST/GraphQL) preferred. Advanced business acumen and ability to translate pain points into data requirements; strong analytical, organizational, leadership, interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with internal/external clients and to adapt to changing environments.
