Overview
The Product Learning & Enablement Manager is a pivotal member of the Marketing Communications Commercialization team responsible for the strategy, planning, business alignment and seamless execution of product training content, including Fortune Brands Water Innovations largest corporate training event: ASMM. This position supports new product launch training that aligns with commercialization objectives within Moen NA Wholesale and Omni Channels (U.S. and Canada) and combined events with Moen and House of Rohl. The team collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Channel, Commercialization and Brand to provide best-in-class content and engaging audience experiences that are measured through performance metrics and feedback loops. This is a hybrid role with Tuesday – Thursday in the Corporate Headquarters in Deerfield, IL. Responsibilities
Drive the strategy, planning and management of training content and materials that support key product launches, business growth targets and objectives Create continuity of messaging across all training mediums and platforms that deliver on product value propositions, key selling points as well as features and benefits Oversee the Mediafly Sales Enablement e-learning training platform administration and site experience updates Collaborate on content development with Product, Channel, Sales, Brand and Commercialization, leveraging internal and external agency partners and supported by the Associate Content Engagement & Training Manager With the Associate Marketing Content Engagement & Training Manager, forge calendar and timelines that map product launches and updates, align priorities and aid in communication Develop and manage Training forecast; track spending, adjust forecasts, process invoices, and report budget status monthly Use data and audience feedback to inform decisions about cadence, content types, evolution, updating and editing rights Scope and define and maintain platform expansions across all FBIN brands and channels Project lead and manage cross-functional team to execute National Annual Sales and Marketing Meeting; evaluate as the single largest training investment at $2M Outline recommendations to leadership, provide budget & finance oversight, manage outside vendors, theme creation, production and creative management, messaging and product content creation, tech requirements, location sourcing and on-site execution, communication plans and engagement strategies as well as post-event analysis and attendee survey Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field Minimum of 5-7 years of sales and/or marketing experience Experience in Marketing Communications, brand management or public relations; experience in Consumer/Durable Goods preferred Experience working with advertising agencies, media buyers, PR professionals, and others to deliver creative material Demonstrates ability to lead (people manager) through influence, collaboration, engagement, and building trust Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with financial acumen Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Competencies

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $60,000 USD - $110,000 USD. Salaries may vary based on education, training, experience, and location. Eligible employees may participate in an annual bonus plan or a role-based incentive plan.
