Job Description The Loans Forecast Manager is a key member of the Asset Liability Management (ALM) team, responsible for developing and managing the baseline balance sheet and net interest income forecast across all loan products and line of business categories. This role requires a strong understanding of balance sheet dynamics, capital, and interest rate risk, as well as the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and collaborate with business partners across Treasury, Finance, and Risk.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance the balance sheet and NII forecast for lending products, including:
Commercial Loans (including NDFI and non‑NDFI lending), Commercial Real Estate (including Construction loans), Residential Mortgage, Installment, Credit Card, and Home Equity
Partner with line‑of‑business leaders, Corporate Finance, and Quantitative Finance teams to incorporate assumptions on contractual features, new business volumes, and pricing into the forecast
Provide actionable insights into trade‑offs across return metrics (ROE, ROA), capital allocation, and interest rate risk among different lending categories
Collaborate with the ALM forecast team, liquidity management, and capital management to drive short‑term and long‑term balance sheet composition
Drive continuous improvement in forecasting tools, data quality, and documentation
Leadership:
Drive the vision and strategy for loan forecasting within ALM, ensuring alignment recommendations
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Serve as a trusted advisor to Treasury, Finance, Risk, and business leaders, building consensus and driving execution on complex initiatives
Champion process enhancements and technology adoption to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency
Present forecasts and scenario analyses to executive leadership in a clear, actionable manner
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills / Experience
Advanced knowledge of financial analysis concepts and methodologies
Considerable knowledge of accounting theory practice, regulatory requirements and reporting
Well‑developed financial analysis, forecasting and planning skills
Management experience required
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in‑office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Pay Range: $126,820.00 – $149,200.00.
