Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR) is seeking a Board-Certified Rheumatologist to join a well-established, collegial team of three physicians in a thriving outpatient practice. This opportunity offers a collaborative, patient-centered environment with access to integrated services and a strong referral network. Location: Santa Rosa, CA. Responsibilities
Provide outpatient rheumatology care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Work within an integrated care model with on-site PT, Radiology, and Infusion services. Operate in an ambulatory-based practice with no hospital responsibilities. Contribute to a well-established outpatient clinic with a strong patient base. Utilize EPIC EMR system. Qualifications
Board-certified in Rheumatology. Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary with income guarantee Benefits including paid CME, paid time off, pension plan and 401(k), phone stipend, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, health, dental, fertility, vision and pet insurance, identity protection Malpractice and tail insurance coverage Relocation allowance and sign-on bonus $2,000 monthly stipend for residents who commit to hire (maximum 12 months) Shareholder status eligibility after 24 months of employment Organization Details
