Assist sales on sales calls, proposal requests and strategy sessions. Partner with internal marketing teams to ensure material is up to date and enticing for potential advertisers. Maintain a strong understanding of the podcast industry to keep Condé Nast competitive. Lead internal training sessions to ensure deep understanding of Condé podcast offerings and how to sell effectively. Act as product expert with Pricing & Yield and Ad Operations to weigh in on podcast rate card and campaign optimizations. Develop ongoing relationships with sales and advertisers to answer proposals, optimize campaigns, and ensure success. Provide key business insights and visualizations when applicable. Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or equivalent practical experience. 5 to 7 years of experience in podcast advertising. Proficiency in the complexities of the podcast advertising marketplace. Comfortable working closely with sales on external pitches and sales calls. Strong presentation skills. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Megaphone. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate quantitative details into clear, succinct summaries and recommendations for peers, sales, and executive audiences. Self-driven with ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a deadline-oriented environment. The expected base salary range for this position is from $74,000–$115,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education. In addition to salary, a generous employee benefits package is offered; successful candidates may be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation. What happens next?
