GA DOL UAT Test Manager (778275) – Federal Soft Systems Inc. is seeking an on-site UAT Test Manager in the Metro Atlanta area. Must be local to the region. Apply via Dice. Responsibilities
Test planning: create test plans, develop test scenarios, and establish QA metrics and reports. Test execution: facilitate and organize execution of test cases/scripts in a proficient manner; run daily defect triage meetings and report progress. Defect management: identify gaps in test coverage to meet business requirements; manage defects and defect triage. Test environments and tools: hands-on experience with Jira and X Ray; testing web applications in AWS. SDLC and QA practices: thorough understanding of SDLC and Software Quality Assurance concepts; implement best practices and support mainframe and distributed environments. Collaboration: work closely with technical and business teams; facilitate meetings and interact effectively with multiple stakeholders. UAT scheduling: manage the UAT schedule and coordinate interface and integration testing. Qualifications
8 years of experience in software testing; proven experience testing web applications in AWS. Experience creating test plans, developing test scenarios, and generating QA metrics/reports; expert in creating test plans and QA reporting. Proficiency with Jira and X Ray; hands-on defect management and defect triage. Experience facilitating and organizing test execution of test cases/scripts. Strong understanding of SDLC and Software Quality Assurance concepts; ability to manage defects and develop QA metrics. HP/Mercury Quality Center experience required; mainframe programming, scripting or test automation experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills; ability to work with both technical and business teams; on-site capability in Metro Atlanta. Employment details
