Overview
Nuvem’s Pharmacy Management Team is looking for a compassionate, patient-centric Pharmacist to manage and grow our pharmacy presence. Our goal is to empower you in the role you play when managing your pharmacy, personnel, client relationships/clinic support and patient population. As the Pharmacist in Charge/Pharmacy Manager, you will manage our pharmacy relationship with our health center client, engage with clinic providers and their clinical staff, provide drug-related education, act as a member of the patient care team, and attend clinical meetings. Our patients\' health, compliance, and satisfaction are the most important factors to us. You are responsible for delivering the highest standard of patient quality care—from advising on prescriptions to helping with chronic and specialty conditions—and for fostering a team culture that promotes caring, enthusiasm, and pride by leading and directing your pharmacy staff to achieve specific goals.
Location & Schedule
New Location — 1411 Compton Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231; set to open by the end of 2025. Official working hours to come. The current Cincinnati location operates Mon–Wed 8:00–4:30, Thu 8:00–6:30, Fri 8:00–2:00 (Lunch 12:30–1:00 M–Thu).

Essential Job Functions Provide support and education to patients on their medications.
Manage staff pharmacists and technicians (if applicable). Motivate, inspire, and develop the pharmacy staff by maximizing colleagues’ strengths and addressing knowledge gaps through education and training.
Pharmacy operational management and oversight, including: Patient Safety; Pharmacy Professional Practice; Regulatory Requirements; Quality Assurance; Customer Service; Personnel Management; Inventory Management; Financial Profitability; Loss Prevention; Workflow Management; HIPAA and Fraud, Waste and Abuse credentialing; compliance with all applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures; awareness and compliance with local facilities policies.

Requirements
Required Education & Licenses
Bachelor of Science or PharmD in Pharmacy from an accredited university (required). Required licensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal and state regulations in the practicing state.
Preferred Experience And Skills
Previous management experience in a retail pharmacy setting; 340B knowledge is a bonus but not required. Minimum 5 years pharmacist experience, with at least 3 years in pharmacy management. Immunization certification is preferred; vaccination administration. Planning and implementation of growth strategies for the pharmacy. Excellent oral and written communication skills; exceptional patient service skills.
