An established manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to take ownership of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting. This role offers exposure to cost accounting, inventory management, and operational analysis within a dynamic production environment. Responsibilities
Lead month-end close and financial reporting under GAAP Perform inventory reconciliations, standard cost updates, and variance analysis Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations Assist with budgeting and forecasting Support external audits and internal control documentation Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with production and operations teams Qualifications
3–6 years of progressive accounting experience; manufacturing experience required Strong understanding of cost accounting and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Details
