Echodyne is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to join our fast-growing team. This role will primarily support the Accounts Payable (A/P) function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. RESPONSIBILITIES

Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and timeliness

Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices; resolve discrepancies

Review and verify vendor statements, respond to inquiries, and reconcile accounts

Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices and expenses

Assist with A/P accruals and prepare related journal entries to support month-end close processes

Support fixed asset tracking and other accounting tasks as assigned

Support year-end 1099 preparation and vendor reporting

Assist with the implementation of automation tools and ERP enhancements

Other related tasks required to fulfill the needs of the business

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

1+ years of accounting experience

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

WHAT WE OFFER The pay range for this position is $58,200 - $87,600 annually.
