Associate Manager Field Marketing Services role at IHG Hotels & Resorts. The position is responsible for the strategic execution of hotel-level marketing strategies and initiatives for managed and franchised hotels. Responsibilities

Work alongside Field Marketing manager to execute the digital marketing scope of services to drive incremental, profitable revenue and meet the business targets of the individual properties Execute and deliver marketing activities to Revenue Management partners for their individual properties, working closely with the Field Marketing manager, Digital Marketing teams with Global Marketing Shared Services and Field Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, agencies, and other market-specific teams Accountable for keeping track of and executing marketing activities (including but not limited to: reviewing channel audits, writing and implementing copy for hotel websites, delivering paid media reports & insights) within Commercial Services digital marketing scope for approximately 100 hotels Find efficiencies in ways of working to support approximately 100 hotels with Commercial Services digital marketing scope Work with internal Digital marketing teams and IHG agencies to coordinate hotel paid media reporting and insights Write, review, and implement copy for IHG websites Execute updates to content and photography on hotel website Stay up to speed on digital media best practices, trends, and tools What We Need From You

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or Commerce or related disciplines; 2-5 years relevant experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, channel management, paid media, SEO, social media, PR, etc. 2-5 years relevant experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, channel management, paid media, SEO, social media, PR, etc. Strong analytical and business acumen Travel and/or Hotel Industry experience preferred, particularly in digital marketing Knowledge across a wide area of digital marketing disciplines Excellent interpersonal, written communications, and data analysis skills, including the ability to write effective marketing copy, proofread, and follow style guidelines Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to effectively and competently handle multiple projects simultaneously and the flexibility to quickly adapt to changes in work objectives and available technologies Ability to perform multiple efforts in a fast paced, high growth environment Location and Benefits

Location: Remote - US role. Salary range: $61,527 to $70,000. This role is eligible for bonus pay. A comprehensive benefits package is provided. Equal Employment Opportunity
