Our client is local to Salt Lake City and directly contributing to projects throughout the region. They are a full-service architectural design firm providing innovative design solutions for a variety of projects in the Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Civic/Municipal, Hospitality, and Religious sectors. Project Architect Requirements
5-12+ years of professional experience.
Proficiency in Revit is required.
Experience in commercial project types prefered but not required.
A licensed professional (or soon to be licensed) with a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture from an accredited university preffered.
Strong client communication, design, technical, code, and detailing skills.
Experience leading a project team and client presentations.
Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
Project Architect Responsibilities
Lead projects through all phases of design by working colaboratively with cross-discipline team members.
Coordinate with consultants/engineers and engage with owners.
Ensure quality of work through schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
Play a crucial role in promoting socially and environmentally responsible design practices.
Organize project and document production in collaboration with Project Managers.
Build Relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the region and locally in Utah.
