Primary Responsibilities
Back-End Development: Build and maintain server-side applications using Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, or Python
API Design & Integration: Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to support business functionality
Database Management: Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Oracle
Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
Security & Performance: Implement security best practices, conduct performance tuning, and monitor system health
Testing & Debugging: Write unit and integration tests, debug production issues, and maintain code quality
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Agile Development: Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative development cycles
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience: 8+ years in full stack or back-end development roles
Technical Skills:
Experience with Spring Boot
Deep knowledge of AWS services and architecture
Proficiency in Java, Python, NodeJS
Solid understanding of database design and optimization
Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps tools
Knowledge of API security, scalability, and performance best practices
Soft Skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and teamwork
Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers
Preferred Qualification
Technical Skills:
Experience with chatbot technologies such as AWS Lex or Google DialogFlow
