is hiring an experienced SailPoint IIQ Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering team. This role focuses on developing, debugging, and enhancing our customer\'s on-premise IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. The ideal candidate will bring strong full stack development expertise and deep knowledge of SailPoint engineering, governance, and integrations in complex enterprise environments. The position is onsite 4 days/week in Lake Mary, FL so applicants must be local.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and customize SailPoint IIQ solutions, including performance enhancements, plug-ins, API integrations, and reporting. Engineer and maintain enterprise-wide Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for provisioning, access requests, certification, and SOD. Collaborate closely with IT Security, Operations, and Application Development teams to define and implement IAM best practices. Onboard and correlate applications and user accounts with Identity cubes; troubleshoot connectors including AD, LDAP, MS Entra ID, Web API, Mainframe, Snowflake, and Databases. Provide advanced troubleshooting (L3), resolve escalations, and contribute to audit responses. Monitor and optimize SailPoint system health, performance, and scalability. Develop workflows, integrations, and customizations to support evolving business requirements. Create processes and documentation for operational teams. Required Qualifications

8–10+ years in Information Security or related technology roles; experience in financial services is a plus. 8+ years of hands-on engineering and troubleshooting experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (on-prem). Strong experience in Java (J2EE), RESTful API development, BeanShell scripting, and Oracle databases in a Unix environment. Proven expertise in SailPoint Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager modules. Strong background in access request, approval, provisioning, attestations/certifications, SOD, RBAC, reporting, workflow design, and external system integrations via APIs. Proficiency in full stack development, performance tuning, and version control methodologies. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required. Preferred Skills

Experience with SailPoint Cloud, Okta, Saviynt, or similar IAM tools. Performance tuning experience with Apache Web Tier and Tomcat App Tier. Familiarity with JMeter and application performance monitoring tools. Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
