Community Account Manager – MidAtlantic (Charlotte/DC/Virginia). Join to apply for the Community Account Manager role at CareDx, Inc. Responsibilities
Drive utilization of AlloSure, CareDx’s donor-derived cell-free DNA test within the general nephrology channel.
Collaborate with the Transplant Account Manager (TAM), Clinical Liaisons, and Solutions Account Manager (SAM) to develop and execute growth strategies within the current user base and drive new business in non-user accounts.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption, gain market share, expand CareDx footprint, and achieve commercial goals.
Educate customers on therapeutic area concepts, testing platforms, mechanisms, and relevant clinical studies to support AlloSure testing and CareDx pharmacy services.
Identify key customer stakeholders, build relationships, solicit feedback, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Forecast and manage the sales pipeline; prepare regular performance reports with insights on strategy effectiveness and ROI.
Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Experience, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Operations to address customer needs with creative solutions.
Qualifications
Science-based bachelor's degree (biology, chemistry, etc.) required.
Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience in the healthcare industry.
Experience selling into physician-owned practices and hospitals with multi-stakeholder engagement.
Experience with nephrology is highly desired.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Track record of developing effective account strategies and exceeding sales quotas.
Willingness to travel 75% or greater within the territory (frequent day trips).
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com, and analytical tools.

Salary and Benefits This is an anticipated base salary range plus incentive compensation in the United States. Base pay is one part of the Total Package, with potential discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Remote: US Only roles. Salary range: $120,000—$150,000 USD.
