Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and is responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and achievement of daily sales targets. What You’ll Do Open and Closing routines Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness Business Understanding Proactive Thinking Attention to Detail Register/Point of Sale use Asset Protection Visual Displays System Skills Work Schedule Requirements Schedule and Availability Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours may increase to support the needs of the business.
